Job Title: Culinary Innovator
A prestigious opportunity for a talented Culinary Innovator to join our team and drive the evolution of our culinary offer. As part of our F&B team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional food quality and consistency.
Role Description
You will be responsible for developing new recipes and dishes that align with our culinary strategy. This will involve researching and staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and innovations. You will also be tasked with planning and organizing tastings to review new recipes and/or dish presentations. Additionally, you will monitor and report back on relevant culinary trends and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new recipes and dishes in line with our overall culinary strategy.
2. Plan and organize tastings to review new recipes and/or dish presentations.
3. Monitor, scout, and report back on relevant culinary trends and innovations.
4. Support our purchasing team in the tasting and evaluation of new products.
5. Develop and review recipes with industry partners.
6. Coordinate and oversee the testing, comparison, and evaluation of new galley equipment.
7. Assist in the production of engaging culinary training material (e.g., recipe videos, dish pictures).
8. Contribute to driving innovation through active engagement within the wider F&B team.
9. Coordinate events, workshops, and tastings in our development kitchen.
10. Support the F&B team on specific projects or assignments as needed.
11. Manage and oversee the wider operation of the development kitchen, including maintenance.
12. Ensure the kitchen is compliant with all applicable regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep interest and passion for culinary arts, trends, and products. You should possess an innovative, open, and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently with limited daily supervision. Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and a passion for excellence are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, you should be comfortable hosting and engaging with senior executives for tastings or workshops, and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Education and Qualifications
