We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Manager
Location: Remote (UK) + London/Manchester office access
Salary: £38,000–£42,000 + bonus

Together, we manage £100M+ in ad spend and work with some of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the UK. We’re now looking for another strong operator to join the team and help scale TikTok Shops across that ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Run TikTok Shops end-to-end across multiple brands
* Drive revenue through creators, affiliates, and campaigns
* Optimise storefronts, offers, and performance daily
* Work closely with creative, paid media, and client teams
Requirements:
* 2–3+ years in ecom / paid social / digital
* Deep understanding of TikTok + social commerce
* Comfortable managing multiple accounts at pace
* Obsessed with testing, scaling, and performance
Bonus:
* TikTok Shop / Creator Marketplace experience
* Shopify or DTC brand exposure
* Agency or startup background
