* Own the strategy, roadmap, and total cost of ownership for group-wide platforms, including eCommerce, PIM, DAM, PLM, Retail (POS), Marketing, B2B, and Integrated Business Planning.
* Define target state architecture and platform decisions (buy/build/composable), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data, and infrastructure standards.
* Lead and develop globally distributed Group and brand platform teams, setting up effective governance, RACI models, and communities of practice.
* Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing platform delivery, orchestrating releases and changes across multiple brands and peak seasons.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Digital, Commercial, Planning, Data & Analytics, Security, and IT Operations to ensure integrated processes, data integrity, and measurable business outcomes.
* Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and investments, driving cost efficiency and ROI.
* Define and track platform KPIs and link technology outcomes to business metrics such as conversion, customer engagement, and planning adherence.
* Master in Computer Science / Business Administration
* Over 7 years experience leading digital, commerce, or planning platforms.
* Must-have: international retail experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
* Proven track record of delivering platform modernization (e.g., composable commerce, cloud, API-first).
* Deep understanding of eCommerce/DTC platforms, PIM, DAM, or Integrated Business Planning.
* Experienced in product/platform management, DevOps, service management, and release orchestration.
* Exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire distributed teams and manage complex ecosystems.
* Strong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to influence executives.
