Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As the leader in automated test systems for the semiconductor industry, we shape the future of IoT, 5G, and Artificial Intelligence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our semi-conductor supply chains, including new product introduction (NPI) and end-of-life (EOL) phases. You will plan flawless supply, including strategic buffer and inventory management, to ensure timely delivery during all ramp phases.
You will foster and maintain strong relationships with managed suppliers and partners within the semi-conductor supply chain. Your goal will be to ensure successful milestone achievement in terms of time to market, supply/buffer quantities, liabilities, and cost.
This position requires leadership project management activities for NPI ramps and roll-over scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field with strong business acumen.
* Experience in strategic semi-conductor supply chain management with a proven track record as a strategic/lead buyer, commercial specialist, or in a similar role.
* Demonstrated success in implementing key business parameters into supply chains.
* Strong communication skills across functions, cultures, and hierarchy levels; fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Excellent self-management, coordination, and planning skills.
