To support our international sales team, we are looking for YOU – a motivated Sales Manager (m/f/d).
Aufgaben:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department and Sales Managers
* Manage and maintain accurate pricing, rates, and conditions across all systems, properties, markets, and sales channels, identifying and correcting any related errors in data, availability, or contracts.
* Prepare and maintain sales documentation, and internal files
* Provide accurate sales data, reports, and information to internal stakeholders
* Assist customers and sales partners with pricing, booking-related questions, and basic inquiries
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or partner issues efficiently
* contribute to improving back-office processes
Wir erwarten:
* 2 years of experience in sales support, back-office, commercial operations, or similar roles
* Experience handling pricing, data entry, or customer support is an advantage
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Prior experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Additional languages are a plus
