You always have the needs of our participants, speakers and sponsors in mind and ensure an exciting and inspiring participant experience.You will work closely and trustingly with other departments (e.g. editorial, sales) in the Coatings publishing division.You are the contact person for our partners who come from different cultural backgrounds and maintain reliable, resilient relationships with them.You know your way around the trade fair congress business and can easily juggle events with over 100 speakers and more than 1000 participants – worldwide.You always see opportunities in change and always contribute your own ideas to make our trade fairs and trade fair congresses even more valuable for our participants.What we want from youYou have completed a commercial degree or commercial training and have some experience in managing international events or projects.You have excellent communication skills (internal & external) and a strong customer, market and service orientation.You have already worked successfully in an international environment with people from different cultures.You are an experienced project manager and don’t lose track of things when several events have to be prepared at the same time.You are a team player and always impress our partners in mixed project teams with your professionalism.
