What can you do?
* User support / application support for IT users at educational institutions
* Planning the use of presentation technology (whiteboards, digital board, projector, document camera)
* Equipping educational facilities with mobile devices (tablets and laptops)
* Installation and configuration of PCs, monitors, other hardware components, software products, operating systems and utilities, multifunctional devices and printer systems
What should you bring with you?
* Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification
* up-to-date knowledge in the areas of hardware and network technology
* Experience in supporting IT users, ideally in educational institutions
* Class B driving license
* Strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team
* Structured, independent and reliable way of working
