The International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS) “From Molecules to Organisms” invites motivated young scientists to join a world-class, fully funded PhD program that explores biological systems across scales-from molecules to whole organisms and ecosystems. Our program transcends traditional life science boundaries, combining pioneering methodologies and perspectives from multiple disciplines to address complex research questions that require an interdisciplinary approach Shape your scientific journey in fields such as molecular and cellular biology, genomics and proteomics, evolutionary biology and ecology, biophysics, microbiology and microbiome science, bioinformatics and computational biology, biochemistry and structural biology, and developmental biology and genetics. Work alongside internationally renowned scientists at the Max Planck Institute of Biology, the Friedrich Miescher Laboratory, and the University of Tübingen.
