* As an IT-Servicedesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues within our IT department. You will receive questions, disturbances, and problems through a modern ticket system and analyze or process them according to ITIL.
* You will work independently or in a team to resolve service requests and provide solutions to users.
* In the context of on-site support, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, rollout, and commissioning of hardware and software at the customer's site.
* You will serve as the primary IT contact person for new colleagues in our company.
* In addition, you will support the introduction of new topics in the Service Desk area and actively contribute to it.
