To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Planning, Management & Evaluation division a (Sr.) Engineer for Planning & Coordination (M/F/D) Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External) Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process Support HMETC management on ad-hoc requests, which involve a wide range of topics Coordinate HMETC-wide investment management (planning and follow-up) Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration) Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired MBA or master’s degree desired, but not required 5 years of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2 Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality Pro-active and self-motivated attitude Willingness to work in an international organization Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements Flexible, organized and able to work effectively with all levels of employees Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required For questions and details please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Christian Schael.
