YOUR TASKS
As HR Director with a focus on Operations, Central Functions and Interior Lighting, you will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy within the Business Group Lighting, particularly in the area of strategic workforce planning, and actively contributing to the development of the long-term business strategy together with the management team.
1. In addition, you will be responsible for budget preparation and real-time performance monitoring
2. You will define annual HR goals and appropriate KPIs and oversee HR reporting activities within your area of responsibility in the Business Group Lighting
3. You will also oversee and support compensation and benefits (C&B activities) in your area of responsibility to ensure compliance with business group and country-specific policies and processes (e.g., salary reviews, variable compensation)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
4. Successful university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
5. Several years of professional experience in senior HR roles, ideally within a global or multinational organization
6. Strong commitment to all HR areas and excellent leadership, team, and personnel management skills, along with solid project management experience
7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage and inspire various target groups
8. Innovative and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
9. Ability to lead a team and/or HR network across countries and to work in a cross-site and international environment
10. Fluent in English
