As Sr Director of Product Management Accessories at NKT, you will guide the development and lifecycle of our HVAC, HVDC, and MV power cable accessories portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and future‑ready.
Responsibilities
* Execute and refine the Accessories product strategy, focusing on cost‑out initiatives and operational excellence
* Develop business cases and monitor the impact of strategic initiatives
* Maintain accurate product and component data for customer-facing use
* Drive ideation and realization of prioritized opportunities
* Ensure transparent milestone tracking across product development activities
You will report to the Executive Vice President Accessories. The role can be based at any NKT location or remotely from a European country and includes approximately 100 days of international travel per year.

* A university degree in business or a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
* Several years of experience in senior Product Management, R&D, or commercial positions
* A strong track record working in complex technical environments, ideally within cables or accessories
* Fluency in English; German is beneficial
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP
* Experience in the cable or accessories market
