Responsibilities Lead the S/4HANA implementation project for the Global Procurement function with a strong focus on end-to-end process design and integration Ensure alignment of the S/4HANA implementation with business objectives and procurement strategies Consult with internal departments within Global Procurement to gather requirements and provide insights Attend and actively participate in workshops related to S/4HANA implementation Coordinate with IT and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth integration drive the integration of existing procurement systems (e.g. Coupa) into the S/4HANA Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management Support the digital strategy in Global Procurement and identify needs and gaps to boost efficiency and reduce costs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Analytics or a related field Extensive experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices Hands-on experience with procurement suites ensuring seamless data and process flow Proven experience in leading or being a key part of an S/4HANA implementation project Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related procurement modules
