Your Responsibilities:
* Place of Work: Strzelce Opolskie
* Full P&L responsibility for the Coroflex plant in Poland
* Lead, develop and motivate a growing team of more than 170 employees
* Drive the further development and expansion of the site, including investment planning and infrastructure upgrades
* Make strategic decisions regarding material flow, logistics, and layout optimization to support operational excellence
* Strengthen the site’s benchmark position in production and production-related pro-cesses, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality
* Lead the economic development of the site with a long-term perspective, ensuring sus-tainable growth, cost effectiveness and profitability
* Oversee the Finance, IT, and HR departments as internal service centers, ensuring they provide efficient, scalable, and business-oriented support to all operational areas
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
Your Profile:
* Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
* Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally gained in an international company environment
* Strong production experience (experience of plastic processing technology - injection molding, gained in the Automotive industry) and commercial mindset
* University degree in engineering studies (e.g. industrial engineering, production tech-nology)
* Results-driven, problem-solving mindset with strong negotiation skills
