Your Main Duties
* Planning, organizing, and implementing training and development measures for our employees
* Further developing our internal communication and learning platforms (e.g., Beekeeper, LEAPP, e-learning modules)
* Creating appealing digital learning content (e.g., short videos, presentations, e-learning courses)
* Participation in employee surveys and employee retention projects
* Support in recruiting and onboarding processes as well as HR projects in the area of employer branding
* Continuous optimization of our HR processes and collaboration with colleagues in Europe
* Organization of HR events such as workshops, training courses, or team events
Your Profile
* BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
* Completed training or studies in human resources, psychology, education, business administration, or a comparable field
* Initial experience in HR (e.g., personnel development, recruiting, training, HR administration) is an advantage
* Creative thinking and enjoyment of preparing learning content in a modern and digital way
* Very good organizational and communication skills
* Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
* Confident use of common HR/project tools (e.g., MS Office, Monday, Slack)
* Ideally, you live in Berlin or are willing to work regularly at the head office
* Fluency in German is a plus, but not essential.
