Your responsibilities
1. Du gestaltest unsere ESG-Initiativen aktiv mit, u. a. im Rahmen der Green-Office-Gestaltung
2. Du unterstützt bei Digitalisierungsthemen sowie der Integration von Daten
3. Du erstellst systemgestützte Reportings und Auswertungen
4. Du entwickelst unsere standardisierten Dienstleistungsbeschreibungen für Anlagen und Einrichtungen weiter
5. Du wirkst an der Beschaffungsstrategie im Immobilienbereich mit
6. Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards
Your profile
7. Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Architektur oder Immobilienmanagement
8. Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Real Estate Management oder Facility Management sind von Vorteil
9. Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
10. Ein sichers und offenes Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus
11. Du beweist eine gute Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest eigenständig
12. Erfahrung mit MS Office
13. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
