This role plays a key part in enhancing brand reputation, ensuring exceptional product performance, and deepening customer relationships within the assigned region.
Home‑Office Based (Zipcodes 2–4) | Company Vehicle Provided
Responsibility
* Carrying out repairs and performing regular maintenance on sanitary and bathroom-related products.
* Installing company products at various locations, including support for internal exhibitions and events.
* Providing professional, technically competent support to customers and end users.
* Collaborating closely with internal sales teams on customer quotations, focusing on technical aspects.
* Documenting work orders accurately and ensuring timely reporting within the organization.
* Managing external storage locations and spare parts inventories independently.
* Assessing and qualifying warranty claims based on technical findings and internal guidelines.
* Coordinating service orders and field service personnel with a focus on efficiency, scheduling, and cost management.
Requirements
⦁ Anlagenmechaniker/in SHK (Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik)
⦁ Working experience related to the Sanitary Ware, Sanitary Technology field
⦁ Strong communication skills in German (native level) and English (Basic)
⦁ Proficient in MS Excel and general office tools
⦁ Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
⦁ Valid Driving license required
