Stellenbeschreibung
* Managed Airbus proprietary parts repair, lease, and exchange orders for Satair’s global customers and repair stations
* Acted as the main contact for airlines and MROs regarding order status, commercial issues, and AOG requests
* Coordinated end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure delivery targets for time, cost, and quality were achieved
* Analyzed customer complaints and developed solutions together with internal departments and external partners
* Prepared KPI and performance reports while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration or Economics / Economic Sciences
* Professional experience in Planning / Material Procurement, Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement and Project Management
* Good Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, SAP and Google Workspace
* Fluent in English
