Join our team to lead the design and implementation of advanced IAM solutions and support our clients across Europe.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the design, architecture, and implementation of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) and CPAM solutions, ensuring integration with complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.Oversee the full lifecycle of Saviynt implementations, from high-level to low-level design (HLD/LLD), customization, and deployment, utilizing both out-of-the-box functionalities and custom code.Provide deep technical expertise in Saviynt, managing complex integrations, automating workflows, and executing identity governance processes like User Lifecycle Management, Automated Provisioning and Privileged Account Management.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, applying advanced debugging techniques and hands-on problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers, guiding implementation teams, offering technical oversight, and staying hands-on with development tasks to ensure successful project execution.Collaborate with client architects to develop identity roadmaps, aligning strategies with Saviynt EIC capabilities and promoting stronger platform adoption.Conduct rigorous design and testing phases, ensure delivery of high-quality solutions, and engage in research and competitive analysis to refine implementation strategies and address customer concerns, positioning Saviynt as the optimal solution.Your Skills and RequirementsOver 10 years of deep experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on implementing and architecting complex solutions using Saviynt or SailPoint, including multiple successful end-to-end implementations.Expertise in designing and managing IAM solutions for enterprise environments, covering User Provisioning, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), and IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, roles, SoD, and workflow development.Advanced coding proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python) to develop custom solutions and automate IAM processes.Extensive experience with cloud IAM solutions, particularly for major providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure, along with a solid understanding of cloud security concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex IAM strategies and solutions across all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
