You Will
* lead and develop people: You are a team leader of a sales-oriented team and do your best to develop your team professionally and personally through feedback sessions and coaching.
* make onboarding: You develop training plans and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* provide an analysis and feedback: You regularly conduct evaluations and identify strengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for your team.
* provide customer service: You are very hands-on, partly involved in operational work and conduct consulting calls (inbound & outbound) – all without cold calling.
* recruit: You regularly conduct job interviews to expand your team.
* realize ideas : You optimize processes and continuously work on further developments.
Requirements
* Sales: You bring several years of experience in sales, ideally in the financial services sector, telephone sales or as a bank clerk.
* Leadership: You have demonstrable initial leadership experience (technical & disciplinary)
* Being able to inspire and motivate people: You possess a high capacity for enthusiasm, are ambitious, have strong social skills, and a sense of responsibility.
* Entrepreneurial thinking & hands-on mentality: You have a strong entrepreneurial and innovative mindset as well as the willingness to participate in day-to-day sales operations.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: You possess a quick grasp of concepts and a strong understanding of processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities round out your profile.
* Fluency in German and English.
