1. Analyse spatial transcriptomic and image datasets
2. Develop predictive models for diagnostic purposes
3. Design research ideas and prepare scientific publications
4. Participation in national and international conferences and collaboration in research networks
5. PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or a related discipline
6. Experience in multi-omics data analysis and handling big data
7. Experience with single-cell and spatial transcriptomic analyses is a plus
8. High motivation and curiosity for cancer biology
9. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
