Our interdisciplinary teams combine expertise in oligonucleotide chemistry, bioinformatics, molecular biology, process engineering, analytics, and regulatory support. Whether you work as a scientist, technician, data specialist, or in an operational role—your contribution helps improve health outcomes for people around the world.

Qualifikationen
What we are looking for
4. Commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented, and precise working style
5. Team spirit and respectful, open communication
6. Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in an agile environment
7. Training as a technical assistant (chemistry), chemist, pharmacist, laboratory technician, or a degree in chemistry/bioanalytics
8. Professional experience in one or more of the following areas:Synthesis and analyticsWorking in a GMP-regulated environment (laboratory, clean room)Quality managementProject managementFinance, supply chain, HR, account management, customer service, and more
