ROLE : Mechanical Engineer – Advanced Interface Development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in R&D and mechanical product development from B2B segment (shavers and trimmers products)
- Hands-on, concept-to-industrialization mechanical engineer with strong expertise in CAD, DfM, and validation, capable of delivering high-quality engineering outputs under structured milestones
- Expertise in:
- CAD design (3D modeling & assemblies)
- Design for Manufacturing (DfM)
- Tolerance stack-up analysis
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) / simulation methods
- DfSS (Design for Six Sigma)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Prototype development and testing
- Concept-to-product lifecycle execution
- Ability to:
- Independently develop solutions within defined constraints
- Apply structured engineering decision-making methods
- Familiarity with:
- Engineering documentation standards
- Regulated product development processes (preferred in medical domain)
- Knowledge in CREO and windchill
