For our partner company in the Berlin education and social sector, based in Berlin, we are looking for an IT coordinator for digital transformation (m/f/d) as part of direct placement (permanent position with our client).
You will play a central role at the interface between the specialist departments and the central digitization program, coordinating complex IT systems (especially inventory management and point of sale) and adapting them specifically to user needs. Through your analysis of modern process landscapes, you will optimize workflows sustainably and actively shape the digital infrastructure.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
6. They lead the implementation and modernization of important systems such as merchandise management and point-of-sale systems.
7. They gather requirements from the specialist departments and formulate clear technical specifications for IT based on these requirements.
8. They analyze existing work processes and improve them through the use of modern software solutions.
9. They organize and oversee tests of the new applications as well as the subsequent training for employees.
10. They coordinate cooperation with external service providers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Your profile
11. Successful completion of studies in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
12. Several years of professional experience at the interface between IT and specialist departments, ideally with merchandise management or POS systems.
13. Proficient use of project management tools such as Jira or Confluence, as well as experience in migration projects.
14. Analytical strength in process consulting and experience in managing external service providers.
15. Fluent German skills, both written and spoken, for the creation of technical concepts.
16. A structured way of working and the ability to present complex IT topics in an understandable way.
