Responsibilities
1. Evaluate technical requirements of the existing solution and identify value-adding technologies
2. Review and guide implementation approaches and key artefacts
3. Lead early solution evaluations, proactively manage risks and collaborate with development teams and lead architects
4. Mentor implementation teams on architectural best practices within the Icertis ecosystem
5. Design cloud-based solution architectures and integrations using modern development tools
6. Maintain solution design documents, communication and quality plans, and other project artefacts
7. Standardize functionality and promote reusability across platforms and integrations
8. Ensure code compliance within the Icertis platform
9. Manage technical issues in alignment with cloud partners
10. Develop prototypes for technical and functional solutions
11. Collaborate with Icertis and ISV partners on pilot programs, Support upgrade evaluations, testing, and automation processes
Profile
12. ICI Technical Professional Certification (mandatory)
13. Solid hands-on experience with Icertis (Workflows, Customization, Mobile, APIs, integrations with Salesforce, Power BI, DocuSign)
14. Experience managing technical teams and working in agile environments
15. Strong skills in business process analysis, design, and optimization through technology
16. In-depth knowledge of the Icertis platform lifecycle, including constraints and best practices
17. Experience implementing governance frameworks hands-on icertis experience in the areas of Workflows, Customization, Mobile, API’s and integration to Salesforce, PowerBI and Docusign
