full-time and permanentWholesale Credit Manager / Senior Analyst
(m/f/d)The Wholesale Credit Manager for the WIRTGEN GROUP is
responsible for managing and safeguarding the wholesale financing
portfolio across dealers globally. This role ensures that dealer
financing is provided within approved credit standards, supports
and develops stable dealer operations, and protects the WIRTGEN
GROUP from unnecessary credit risk. The position interacts closely
with Sales Regions, Channel, Controlling, and John Deere Financial
(JDF) to ensure the effective and compliant management of the
global wholesale credit process.TasksOversee and manage the global
wholesale credit portfolio across WIRTGEN GROUP dealers in
alignment with the respective credit policiesConduct financial
statement analysis of dealers, including liquidity, leverage,
profitability, and cash flow evaluationsEvaluate dealer business
models, market environments, and operational stability to determine
creditworthinessPrepare comprehensive credit assessments and
recommendations for decisionmakingMonitor credit utilization,
dealer performance, and earlywarning indicatorsCoordinate with
Sales Regions, Dealer Development, Controlling, and JDF credit
teamsProfileDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance
& Accounting, or a related fieldSeveral years’ experience in
credit management, credit analysis or equipment financeStrong
financial analysis and risk assessment skillsExperience with
dealer/distributor business modelsStrong communication skills and
ability to collaborate in an international environmentFluent
