As a specialist in the municipal IT service, you will work with our team to overcome the daily challenges of 1st level support - with a focus on our daycare centers and other areas of municipal administration. Your tasks will include error analysis and troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware and software as well as setting up workstations, printers and mobile devices based on Windows, iOS and Android. In addition to 1st level support, you will support the team in contract and license management - in particular in the procurement and allocation of hardware and software, the administration of mobile phone contracts, connection structures in municipal buildings and the maintenance of application licenses.
