I. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support the sales team’s business plans and be responsible for local logistics order tracking and management.
2. Analyze and forecast local logistics costs, improve efficiency and reduce costs by optimizing transportation routes, logistics models, and other operational methods to lower unit costs.
3. Provide professional logistics insights and solutions to support overseas subsidiaries’ business decisions, such as sales forecasting and market activity planning.
4. Coordinate with the logistics center regarding logistics requirements.
5. Manage company-owned vehicles and handle the allocation and dispatch of display/demo vehicles.
6. Handle vehicle registration, ordering, certification, and related administrative procedures.
7. Provide logistics support for other team-related needs, such as transportation of training materials.
II. Qualifications
1. Education Requirement: College degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields is preferred.
2. Work Experience Requirement: More than 3 years of relevant work experience as a Logistics specialist in German OEMs.
3. Language Requirement: German and English can be used as working languages (with bilingual communication and office capabilities, able to proficiently handle bilingual logistics-related documents and communication matters).
