In this role, you will take charge of the technical and organisational management of the wholesale team and be responsible for the strategic development of the wholesale business in Europe, reporting to the Executive Director of Sales Europe. You will ensure that revenue, growth and profitability targets are met, strengthen relationships with existing retail partners and tap into new market opportunities. Leadership & Team Management: Technical and line management of the wholesale team Resource and project planning, setting objectives and prioritising tasks Strategic Development of the Wholesale Business Development and implementation of the wholesale strategy in line with the company’s mission statement Optimisation of processes, tools and structures Identification of new market opportunities, sales channels and partnerships Key Account Management Maintaining and expanding relationships with partners Annual reviews, terms and conditions negotiations and contract management Ensuring excellent customer relations and long-term loyalty Revenue & Budget Responsibility Responsibility for revenue, sales and profitability targets Preparation of forecasts, reports and business cases Interface Management Close collaboration with other business units, supply chain, controlling, product management and product development Ensuring smooth order processing and product availability With this knowledge you will strengthen our team. Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, sales or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in technical sales or a similar field Experience in technical and managerial leadership, ideally of a sales team Knowledge of key account management and negotiation skills Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and CRM systems Strong communication skills, an understanding of contract law and a strong aptitude for numbers Business-fluent English is required and good German would be an advantage; An additional language would be a welcome bonus You can look forward to a secure job with an internationally successful company that is at the cutting edge of refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
