Asa Global HR Process Ownerfor core processesinourTransformation, Operations&Insightsunityou will…
1. Own and govern standardized, scalable global HR process templates for core processes, including documentation and continuous improvement.
2. Lead globalroll-outsand localization of these processes, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and strong adoption across all ZEISS countries.
3. Partner withHR leaders, IT,Global FunctionalTeamsand vendors to translate business needs into system design, configuration,testingand deployment for your process area.
4. Ensure process-driven data quality,complianceand risk management in close collaboration with HR Data, Analytics &AIand relevant HR / Legal stakeholders.
5. Define andmonitorprocess KPIs, drive optimization and automation initiatives, and lead change management,trainingand communication for new or updated processes.

Your profile
6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, InformationSystemsor a related field; further qualification in HR / process / project management is a plus.
7. Several years of experience in HR process ownership or HR operations in an international, matrix organization, preferably with HCM processes.
8. Proventrack recordin designing,standardizingand governing global HR process templates and supporting globalroll-outs.
9. Practical experience with global HCM systems and collaboration with HR-IT and external vendors.
10. Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining and using KPIs for continuous improvement.
11. English businessproficiencyis amust-have,Germanproficiencyis a plus.
