Join us as a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in our People & Relations team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility. You will join the Talent Acquisition team to deliver top-notch recruitment services, an outstanding candidate experience, and help build the teams that drive our mission forward. With around 18 professionals in People & Relations located in Berlin and Hamburg, we support the company through three teams: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering. Our first (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager based in Munich will shape our presence in this new market, lead end-to-end hiring strategies, and own the process from start to finish. You will work with a supportive, growth-minded team in a space that encourages experimentation, idea exchange, and a safe, inclusive environment.

What you will do
* Be a recruiting expert and sparring partner for our hiring managers, sharing best practices.
* Own and run the full recruiting cycle for our tech & business vacancies from A to Z.
* Tap the local hiring market as well as attract talent globally and internationally.
* Advocate for a great hiring experience with candidates and improve processes accordingly.
* Support onboarding locally in Munich and assist with employer branding to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to first day.
* Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process with best practices.
* Track and analyse recruiting metrics, using data to inform decisions and share insights with the team.
* Promote diversity & inclusion, developing approaches to broaden the candidate pool and make hiring more equitable.
What will help you fulfill your role
* Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in the German market with a focus on Munich.
* Adaptable and comfortable with change and uncertainty; flexible, open-minded, and solution-focused in a fast-moving environment.
* Expertise in leading interviews and conducting candidate evaluations.
* Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
* Experience in employer branding, shaping long-term talent market positioning and executing campaigns.
* Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to manage pipelines and reporting; keen to use latest tools.
* Comfort working with data and metrics, using insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
* Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
