Our Brand Partnership Team is responsible for driving business, helping advertisers meet their branding goals, and building long term relationships with brands in the beauty industry across the DACH region. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. Responsibilities - Lead and grow one of our key clients within the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions - Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience - Well-versed with both branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities and ability to carve out strategies for the clients - Fully fluent and written English & German language communication skills are mandatory in order to be able to communicate with local clients - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a Media Sales/Partnerships role - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital marketing funnel - specifically performance marketing - Good knowledge of the e-commerce industry landscape Preferred Qualifications - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
