Purpose:
The Project Manager Employee Experience drives the coordination and administration of all aspects of project management, locally and globally. The role scope includes planning, organizing, leading, controlling and reporting evaluation of innovative projects that enhance employee experience.
Key Accountabilties:
* Develop, actively drive and manage projects that enhance the employee experience in close alignment with stakeholders and cross functional departments
* Actively implement results and ensure sustainability of achievements.
* Develop and roll out of the evaluation documents (from surveys, interviews, case-studies to presentations and KPI reports)
* Consolidate results and enable fact-based decision making by creating transparency on evaluation results
* Work across Global Workplaces teams (and if required other departments) to transport learnings / outcomes of evaluations into optimization of processes, services, effectiveness and efficiency
* Provide input into the department’s strategy, planning and KPI reporting.
* Support Director Workplace Strategy in initiating change and communication process together with Human Resources and Corporate Communication.
* Actively ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and 3rd parties in assigned area of responsibility
Knowledge, Capabilties and Skills:
* Proven track record for implementation complex, multi-cultural, cross-functional projects
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Change Management skills is a plus
* Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to operate cross-functionally; integrator mindset
* Understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
* Ability to work within an ambiguous environment, accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, continuously exploring opportunities to add value to team priorities
* Business fluency in English (written and spoken), German skills a plus
* Very good understanding of business and financial topics, ideally related to the sporting goods industry
Qualifications:
1. University degree (or equivalent) in project management
2. 5-8 years’ experience, preferably working for global players in sporting goods industry, facilities management or project management
