We are currently looking for a RH Officer on behalf of one of our clients based i n Kayl, a recognised player in the IT Sector. This is a 3 to 6 months contract. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative tasks Support employees during their onboarding, throughout their journey, and in individual situations. Listen and respond to day‑to‑day HR questions. Ensure reliable and compliant HR administration. Manage personnel administration (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, HR data). Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law. Manage relationships with local institutions (CCSS, ITM, ADEM, etc.). Recruitment Participate in the recruitment process (job postings, pre‑screening, interviews). Coordinate all administrative steps related to recruitment. Contribute to a smooth and high‑quality candidate experience. Onboarding
