Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Our ideal candidate will assess business models of investment companies, evaluating associated risks and regulatory compliance requirements.
They will conduct legal research to resolve issues related to regulations and implement relevant powers in accordance with CSSF guidelines.
Collaboration on AML/CTF matters and expertise development in regulatory affairs will also be key aspects of this role.
The specialist will process requests linked to the practical application of regulations to investment companies.
To excel in this position, a university degree in law or economics, finance, or management is required. Relevant work experience, knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and financial analysis skills are advantageous.
Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills are necessary, as well as proficiency in French, English, and potentially German and Luxembourgish. Good communication and organizational skills are also essential for success.
