* Driving the growth of our partner business across Eastern Europe
* Identifying, acquiring and onboarding new partners to expand our market presence in the region
* Developing existing partnerships into long-term, high-performing relationships and growing their revenue contribution
* Working closely with Product Management and Marketing to launch products and campaigns through the partner channel
* Identifying new market and business opportunities and translating them into actionable go-to-market initiatives
* Owning and further developing the partner strategy for the Eastern Europe region, including pipeline, performance and growth reporting
* The opportunity to take on real responsibility and to grow both personally and professionally
What You Bring
* Completed commercial or technical vocational training, plus a relevant further professional qualification
* Several years of experience in business development, partner or channel management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
* A proactive, hunter mindset with confident negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
* An independent, structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
* Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to undertake regular business travel within the Eastern Europe region
