We are seeking a full-time candidate to join our team at our location in the Gersthofen Industrial Park as soon as possible as IT Administrator (m/f/d) No product without IT. Whether in production, the warehouse, or administration—nothing works without functioning, modern information technology. You will ensure that all our IT systems run securely and are state-of-the-art. Your Responsibilities: Second-level support in collaboration with our external IT service provider to resolve on-site issues at our production site in Gersthofen Independently managing sub-projects in close collaboration with our external IT service provider, from developing solution strategies and setting priorities to overseeing the project through to full implementation Configuring and commissioning network components, as well as network setups and upgrades Setting up, installing, and managing virtualization servers, Microsoft servers, and workstations Configuring, installing, and managing hardware (network, servers, PCs, mobile devices) Installing and maintaining application software, particularly for production-specific applications (that cannot be managed remotely) Managing licenses and access permissions, user management Managing Active Directories and cloud applications Ensuring and contributing to the implementation of the IT security concept (including disaster recovery and backup strategies) Your Profile: You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), an IT systems electronics technician, or hold a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you are a career changer with relevant user knowledge. You have initial professional experience in IT support / IT administration Excellent technical and user knowledge of Microsoft operating systems as well as all Microsoft Office applications Excellent German language skills, ideally also English language skills A structured and independent work style combined with solution-oriented thinking You also enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in supporting your colleagues (m/f/d).
