As part of the voluntary internship, the intern supports the Sales Excellence Team in professionalizing CSM sales activities (Parts, Service, Services) for the active sales field force. Key responsibilities include:
* Contributing to digital sales solutions, especially the SalesMAN CSM tool, with a focus on user-centered design and functionality.
* Supporting the design and delivery of sales trainings, including the use of AI-powered learning methods.
* Creating and structuring content for the Sales Community platform, tailored to the needs of sales employees.
* Analyzing sales behavior and customer decision-making to derive data-informed enablement strategies.
* Applying UX design skills to the development of sales tools and training materials.
* Providing input on AI applications, based on prior experience from previous roles.
