Role & responsibilities
* Within the IT International Committees division of the Information systems (IT) department of the CSSF, you will :
o Represent the IT department in committees/international meetings related to Information Technologies for which the Executive Board of the CSSF has decided that the IT department should be represented
o Ensure the collection, circulation and follow-up of IT information related to the work performed at the level of the committees and working groups of the European institutions
o Implement and ensure the communication around certain IT tools exclusively used by the European institutions the CSSF collaborates with
o Comment and analyse the impact of guideline and policies from the European institutions
Your profile
* University degree (Bac+4/+5 / Master) in Information Technology, management, finance or economics with an IT option
* Proven professional experience of 5 years
* Availability for regular business trips abroad
* Understanding of the national and European institutional and regulatory context
* Written and spoken fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German will be considered as an asset
* Critical thinking and good writing and analytical skills. Ability to understand and synthesize complex issues and approach issues from a strategic perspective
* Good communication skills, ability to federate and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work independently as well as an in a team

The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
