Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As Sales Director at SevenCs, you will lead our sales strategy, manage customer relationships, and expand our presence in the maritime sector. Your goal will be to increase revenue through direct sales and support our international dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth and revenue targets aligned with company objectives.
2. Direct Sales: Build relationships with key accounts (e.g., hydrographic offices, maritime software providers) and identify new business opportunities.
3. Dealer Network Management: Oversee the development, training, and performance of the global dealer network to ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction.
4. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
5. Collaboration with Product Teams: Provide customer feedback to align products with market needs.
6. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
7. Reporting and KPIs: Monitor sales metrics and report performance to the executive team.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in senior sales roles, preferably in maritime or software industries.
* Strong knowledge of maritime navigation software and related technologies.
* Proven success in managing sales pipelines and dealer networks.
* Experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
