Position SummaryWe’re looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Market Development Manager to accelerate the success of our Urology Care and Interventional Urology portfolio across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This is a high-impact role where you play a critical role in shaping local marketing strategies, drive adoption, and contribute to international projects across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for a someone with initial marketing expertise to rapidly evolve their expertise in a collaborative international team at an exciting time of its evolution. The position is a remote-based position with approximately 30% travel.Identify market barriers and growth opportunities through research and analysisDesign and execute direct-to-consumer, HCP, and co-marketing campaigns to boost awareness and adoptionLead and support product launches and updates with tailored marketing materials and trainingAdapt and localize marketing content to meet market-specific needsPartner with sales teams to define and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable impactBuild and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify marketing effortsOrganize and attend national, regional, and international events and congressesCollaborate with EMEA strategic and digital marketing teams to develop and implement initiatives and campaignsProvide local insights to upstream marketing and support VOC (Voice of Customer) initiativesOversee local product management tasks including registrations, system integration, and documentationSupport product rationalization efforts with clear communication and support materialsPartner with Clinical & Medical Affairs to develop impactful education programs and eventsWork cross-functionally with compliance, R&D, market access, and finance to ensure optimized and compliant executionEducation / Experience RequirementsA bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a commercial, medical, or technical field; a master’s degree is a plus2-3 years proven experience in marketing, product management, or business development, ideally within healthcare or MedTechStrategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independentlyCollaborative and team-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in German and English is essentialWillingness to travel across the DACH region and occasionally within EMEASpecialized Skills / Other RequirementsTRAVEL REQUIRED: 30%.WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Remote (Field-based)Teleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
