1、Develop, implement and deliver service training programs for agricultural machinery in Germany and Europe.
2、Provide theoretical and practical training to dealers, technicians and customers on machine delivery, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and safe operation.
3、Create training materials, manuals, videos and presentations; update technical documentation and training standards.
4、Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback and continuously improve training content and processes.
5、Collaborate with sales, aftermarket and technical teams to support marketing, trade shows and field technical support.
6、Implement global training standards (e.g. John Deere) to ensure consistent and compliant service quality.
