By providing more precise, objective data, we aim to fix wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and prevent urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient. Your role Generating new business opportunities in East Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls. Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs. Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow‑ups. Running tailored product demos to decision‑makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions. Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding. Self‑sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline. Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting. Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends. Requirements 3‑7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure‑related industries. A้ง proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong Messi consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI‑based sales presentations. The ability to self‑source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively. Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
