Human Resource Specialist
What awaits you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
* Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
* Solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in the region.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong ability to think creatively and propose innovative HR solutions
What you bring to the table:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
* Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation.
* Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
* Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
