Our client, an AI SaaS company based in Maia (Porto), helps industrial businesses make faster, smarter decisions – from procurement to production. Their forecasting platform combines internal data with billions of external market signals to deliver real-time, explainable insights that drive action. With proven traction in conservative industries and a sharp go-to-market focus, they’re now scaling demand generation with signal-driven inbound campaigns. As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build funnels that speak to real decision-makers – and turn complex topics into campaigns that convert.
Tasks
* Design ICP-focused landing pages: You’ll build and refine conversion journeys tailored to specific buyer profiles.
* Own full-funnel campaigns: From signal-based messaging to clear CTAs – you’ll create inbound paths that convert interest into POCs.
* Test, iterate, optimize: You’ll run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and A/B variants to drive measurable improvements.
* Translate insights into assets: You’ll help turn forecasting, planning, and procurement logic into content that resonates with decision-makers.
* Collaborate on go-to-market plays: You’ll support industry-specific partner campaigns, e.g. ERP or consulting channels.
* Shape narratives that sell: You’ll help craft and execute storylines like „Explainable Forecasts“ or „POCs in weeks“ into inbound formats.
* Guide funnel analytics: From visit to POC – you’ll monitor conversion metrics, targeting, and messaging performance.
* Define your own content balance: Decide how much content you create hands-on vs. source or coordinate externally.
* Coordinate inbound lead flow: You’ll work closely with commercial teammates to ensure marketing aligns with sales.
Requirements
* 1–4+ years in B2B performance or inbound marketing: You’ve worked hands-on with funnels, campaigns, or conversion – not just strategy slides.
* Strong written and spoken English (C1 level): You can confidently write, test, and iterate messaging for global audiences.
* Testing is how you work: You think in hypotheses, run A/B experiments, and learn systematically from data.
* You simplify the complex: Forecasting logic, market signals, or supply chain topics don’t scare you – you can turn them into clear hooks and pages.
* Industry background helps – but clarity matters more: Experience in forecasting, supply chain, or industrial tech is a bonus. What really counts is your ability to understand complex topics fast and turn them into sharp, conversion-ready messaging.
* As Growth Marketing Manager, you bring the mindset to translate insight into conversion.
