Arbeitszeit: Full-time

• Kennenlernen und Unterstützung der operativen Personalbetreuung, beispielsweise zu Themen wie Personalmarketing, arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen, Personalplanung und -controlling
• Mitarbeit im Bereich Personalentwicklung (z.B. Vorbereitung von Workshops, Trainingsorganisation)
• Selbstständige Übernahme von administrativen Personalaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
• Mitarbeit bei der Analyse von bestehenden HR-Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung
• Unterstützung des Recruitingprozesses
• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme kleinerer Projekten im Bereich HR

• Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial-oder Rechtswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch relevante Praktika oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Sicher in der Verwendung von MS Office, insb. Excel
• Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kreativität sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations-und Teamfähigkeit
• Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
