As a Project Associate, you are a key execution partner in company-wide strategic and transformation initiatives. Your mission: support high-impact projects with strong analytical input, clear structure, and reliable coordination. Operating in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment, you learn quickly, take ownership early, and contribute where it matters most.

Support and coordinate cross-functional, company-wide projects
Conduct research and analysis on strategic, organizational, and transformation-related topics
Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools
Support project leads with structured documentation and follow-up on action items
Contribute to building structure and transparency in dynamic project environments
Work closely with stakeholders across strategy, operations, and management
2–4 years of professional experience, for example in start-ups, consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy / PMO
~ Hands-on exposure to organizational or transformation projects
~ Familiarity with start-up or scale-up environments is a plus
~ Confident use of project management methods and tools
~ Fluency in German and English
