Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems
Represent SCHOTT at trade shows and cross-functional meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to execute regional strategy.
Educational Background & Experience : Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment
Sales & Negotiation Skills : Communication & Interpersonal Competence : Fluent in English (additional skills in German is a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization
