Programme Manager: Energy Transition Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a Programme Manager to play a key role in shaping our energy transition strategy. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring transparency and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive programme visibility and structure by managing programme plans, milestone tracking and cross-stream coordination
* Support governance and decision-making by preparing executive steering committees and programme boards
* Ensure reporting excellence by building crisp reports on progress, KPIs, and risks
* Orchestrate units and pilot integration by establishing consistent ways of working and coordination across entities
* Own the delivery rhythm by organizing agile check-ins, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions
* Enable learning & knowledge transfer by maintaining central templates, learning logs, and tools
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a background in programme management or transformation, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role. You should have strong organisational skills, experience in tools like Jira/Confluence or Smartsheet, and an instinct for clarity and pragmatism.
