Coordinating and update of the BIM resolution plan Verifying compliance with the BIM resolution plan, coordinating processes and working arrangements to achieve agreed quality standards Development of the BIM project strategy of large-scale projects in whole complexity while cooperating with all project participants Implementing concept-oriented designs with the BIM method in the project team Configurating, setting up and controlling the BIM applications relevant to the project Updating development of internal BIM standards and guidelines, tools and methods Coordinating and expanding of BIM quality management through training and supporting employees in soft-ware, core processes and working methods
Your profile
Diploma or Master in Architecture or Engineering or an adequate education Several years of professional experience (LPH 1 to 5), especially in execution planning Didactic competence in training and support of employees BIM technology - extensive knowledge in the application and implementation - ideally with Autodesk Revit Experienced in model-based cost calculation, a model-based space book and the coordination / collision checking of building models are an advantage Working proficiency in German and English
